Eduvos is looking to employ the services of a forward-looking, and customer and staff-centric Regional Business Development Manager at our Mbombelacampus.

The Position:
The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for the oversight of the campus to ensure its growth and sustainability, effective academic delivery, sound operations management and impactful industry and community involvement.
It encompasses ensuring outstanding service delivery and a positive academic and campus experience for our students. The Regional Business Development Manager is also required to build a high-performing campus culture that is aligned to Eduvos' philosophy and values, and by supporting and developing engaged and empowered staff.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:
Relevant postgraduate qualification (preferably commerce) is required; an undergraduate qualification may be considered for candidates with a proven track record of relevant experience.
Experience:
At least five years' management experience in a higher education / HR / hospitality environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
Accountable for all aspects of a campus's performance including student growth, financial performance, and academic and customer results and experience).
Planning, Management and co-ordination of systems and processes.
Staff Leadership.
Internal and external stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Commercial knowledge and skills – understand profit and loss statements and the key drivers of income and expenses, driving sales and revenue

Good understanding of academic processes and regulatory frameworks, as well as academic Higher Education products and product development processes (Advantageous)
