Regional Admin Manager

Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for the FMCG retail industry? My client, a leading company based in Boksburg, Gauteng, is seeking a proactive Regional Admin Manager for a 6-month contract!
In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes across the region. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in managing resources, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities

Manage and train store management and all administration staff
Control the financial performance of the region within budgetary constraints
Set and ensure compliance of stores within the region with company policies and procedures
Maintain shrinkage in the region
Oversee documentation management of the branches in the region
Develop and maintain training courses
Provide continuous on-the-job training (coaching)
Draw up store budgets
Authorize and motivate expenses
Conduct profit and loss analyses and initiate corrective action, ensuring communication to stakeholders and implementation
Report profit and loss to branches and Divisional Management
Ensure corrective action is taken in branches during store visits
Follow up on out-of-line expenditure
Perform monthly reconciliations (Balance Sheets)
Conduct high-risk audit procedures
Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and procedures regarding:

Receiving
Cash Office
POS Rooms/Pricing
Stock Control


Ensure sectional stock takes are done monthly
Produce stock take results and ensure accuracy
Conduct monthly blow-out stock takes
Investigate possible theft and implement required control mechanisms
Plan, prepare, and supervise stock takes
Investigate the validity and accuracy of reconciliations
Analyze stock take reconciliations to determine corrective action
Ensure branch filing procedures are maintained according to company policies and procedures
Follow up on outstanding documentation:

Cash and Banking
Finance Department
Head Office


Coordinate insurance claims

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric
Working knowledge of ARCH system
Valid driver's license
3 years of Management experience in an admin function
Working knowledge of ARCH system
