Regional Account Manager – Kitchens

Basic up to £40,000 depending on experience + Quarterly Bonus + Hybrid Company Car + very good benefits packageAn excellent sales role for a prominent Kitchen Manufacturer. This role will be selling the company's range of complete Kitchen solutions & associated products through Regional Independent Kitchen studios, retailers and showrooms, together with an extensive range of independent merchants. The territory is well established with a healthy range of customers already in place. A significant part of the role involves account management and maximizing existing customer relationships. The area has multi-million-pound potential for further growth. This role is focused on growing sales within the depots and branches, building relationships with stockists, providing customer training, offering Point of Sale literature, and increasing display space. The area you will be responsible for includes Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, Staffordshire, North Wales, Derbyshire & Shropshire, and you need to be based in the North West itself.CompanyThe company is a leading supplier of Kitchen products. They are well established and have developed a strong reputation through their long-standing presence in the sector.PersonMy client is looking for a strong relationship builder with experience in Kitchens or a closely related sector (e.g., appliances, sinks/taps, worktops). Candidates could be working for either a merchant/retailer or a manufacturer. My client will also consider someone seeking their first field sales role who may currently be based internally. The ideal candidate should be driven, energetic, hungry, and possess strong relationship-building skills.
