In this role, you will collaborate closely with the EM Last Mile Lead to drive various aspects of Last Mile operations, expansion, integration, and growth initiatives across multiple markets. The emerging markets include SA, Brazil, Latam, India, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, ANZ, SCG, and NCG.Job DescriptionAssist in the strategic expansion and management of the Last Mile network and support the setup and launch of Last Mile teams.Collaborate with team members to drive integration between markets, regions, and global operations.Provide support for various operational reporting activities in coordination with all relevant teams.Support initiatives to identify in-market growth opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.Assist the LM EM lead in negotiating scope and fees with client procurement.Support the integration of non-Last Mile local markets into the POT system for enhanced collaboration.Provide governance support to LM Leads and Network Manager for Last Mile campaigns.Support in-market origination campaigns across Last Mile markets and facilitate successful project execution.Assist in driving the integration of new business initiatives into Last Mile operations.Contribute to ensuring operational efficiency and meeting OTIF delivery targets for Last Mile teams.Culture:Embrace and support company culture; actively seek innovative ways of working.Act as an ambassador for the company.Engage in the agency culture to foster strong relationships across the business.QualificationsAdvanced digital experience.
