What We Are Looking ForKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Carry out plant statutory, preventative and breakdown maintenanceProgramming of software to integrate all electrical and pneumatic equipment to operate the facility within the required safety and process conditions (e.g. Siemens)Calibrating instrumentation control componentsCompiling material and equipment list for installationAnalyse and interpret electrical/instrumentation drawingsHandling of spares, material and componentsAssist with panel building, wiring, piping and cabling of equipmentAssist with panel and cable markingAssist with instrumentation design and review activitiesEssential Knowledge And SkillsAn in-depth understanding and working knowledge of control and instrumentation activities and drawingsExperience in implementation of instrumentation projects and software programmingGood planning, integration and resources management skillsInterpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with multiple disciplines both internally and externallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations and report writingComputer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point-proficient level (minimum)What Qualifications You Should HaveMinimum N6/ National Diploma in InstrumentationTrade Test in Instrumentation5 years' experience in a plant manufacturing environmentGood communication, planning and organizing skillsHighly organized and self-motivatedProgramming knowledge (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs)Computer literateCONTACT INFORMATIONAnthonie Kluyts021 864 7018
