Assist with daily quality assurance processes, reports, and general query handling.1st Time Query resolution: > 98%.Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reporting to both Provincial Department of Health and National Department of Health.Call centre management of both Inbound and Outbound Calls.Daily meetings with Managers regarding Service Level Agreements.Overtime budget management and compliance.Allocation of resources throughout Order Processing.Liaison between support departments and business take-on's.Capacity planning for new business take-on's.Probation & Performance Management.Resolving Stock challenges.IR interventions.Ensure that the Western Cape Central dispensing unit (WC CDU) Order Processing Department is operating effectively and efficiently within the WC CDU SLA.Understanding of the WC CDU Penalty Matrix.Compiling and management of new SOP's.Management of Operational expenses within budget.Minimum Requirements: BPharm Degree from a recognized University.5 to 7 years Admin Management experience.5 to 7 years Supervisory and Management experience.2 to 3 years experience and working knowledge of the Western Cape Central Dispensing Unit (WC CDU).
