Location: Houghton Estate, Johannesburg Requirements:Matric.At least 3 years experience in a similar recruitment role.Experience in the Temporary Employment Services (TES)/Labour Broking Industry, particularly managing large workforces, is advantageous.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Proficient in administration and organisational tasks.Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Motivation: Motivate and manage the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximise team efficiency and meet operational goals.Recruitment Process Management: Update and design recruitment procedures, ensuring proactive process improvement.Metrics and Performance Analysis: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Client and Operations Collaboration: Strategically align recruitment efforts to meet client and operational staffing needs.Training and Development: Provide training sessions to enhance team skills and encourage continuous improvement.Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Implement new and cost-effective sourcing methods to improve candidate quality.Compliance: Stay updated on labour legislation and ensure the team operates within legal guidelines.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Market Awareness: Keep informed about industry trends to introduce innovative recruitment approaches.Candidate Quality and Turnaround Times: Maintain a focus on swift recruitment processes and high candidate quality.
