We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various departments and levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment: Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending job offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of current recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent across various roles and industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
