Key Responsibilities:Full cycle 360 recruitmentEffective use of search engines, company resources, own network and tools to research candidates and potential clientsDirect search approaches (headhunting), advert response handling and campaigning for talentNew business generation, cold/warm calling (incl.
client visits new and service identify and follow up business leads)Compilation of bench marking reports for clients salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activityClient and candidate managementNegotiating offers, acceptance management Desired Competencies: Business decision making and knowledgeAbility to influence, persuade and convinceNegotiation skillsInvestigative skills (reference checking, competency-based interviewing)Finely honed and accurate communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to manage self while part of working in a team
