We are now looking to expand our team with a skilled Recruitment Specialist who can thrive in a remote work environment and drive our recruitment efforts to new heights.Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent for our clients across various sectors. You will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of platforms and techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.Networking: Actively participate in industry events and professional networks to build a strong talent pool and enhance brand visibility.Qualifications:Experience: 4-5 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
