You will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of platforms and techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.Networking: Actively participate in industry events and professional networks to build a strong talent pool and enhance brand visibility.Qualifications:Experience: 4-5 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
