About the roleThe Recruitment Team is a friendly and supportive team within the Office of Human Resources, providing a centralised shared service to most Isle of Man Public Service Departments, Boards and Offices. Working in the Recruitment Team, you will be working together with your HR colleagues to achieve our vision of recruiting the best talent as efficiently as possible.You will play a key role in the recruitment administration process by swiftly issuing accurate offers of employment and contracts and then supporting the candidates to complete their pre-employment checks and get them ready to start their new role as quickly as possible.
