Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and grow the recruitment division.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and business development activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to build brand awareness and establish new connections.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role with a focus on business development.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and grow business operations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Strong negotiation and sales skills.A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
