As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the contingent recruitment operations of our agency. You will lead a team of talented recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional recruitment services.
Your responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets. Must demonstrate a proactive and accountable approach, being prepared to contribute to monthly revenue targets alongside the team, while also fostering team collaboration and success. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the recruitment process. What we are looking for:
Extensive background in contingent recruitment or agency management, with a thorough understanding of industry dynamics. Proven track record of consistent revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and inspire a team of recruiters, driving them towards achieving ambitious targets and fostering a culture of excellence. Track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, expand client base, and exceed revenue targets. Exceptional relationship-building skills, evidenced by a history of cultivating and maintaining strong client partnerships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements, enabling proactive identification of growth opportunities and informed decision-making. Proficiency in performance analysis and utilization of metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Commitment to upholding compliance regulations and company policies, ensuring ethical and lawful business practices. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging synergies with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
