As a Recruitment Intern at Crew Life at Sea, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of luxury cruise ship recruitment.
Working closely with our experienced recruitment team, you will contribute to the success of our agency by assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process, specifically tailored to the needs of luxury cruise liners.
Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates for luxury cruise ship positions.
Utilize various channels, such as online job boards, industry-specific networks, and social media platforms, to source qualified professionals.
Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions on luxury cruise liners.
Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and ensure a smooth interview process.
Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, ensuring accurate record-keeping of candidate profiles, qualifications, and interview outcomes.
Applicant Correspondence: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on application procedures and requirements.
Recruitment Events Support: Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote the agency's services and attract potential candidates.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining recruitment-related records and files.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or recently graduated.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Passion for the cruise industry and an understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of luxury cruise ship recruitment.
