About the roleAs a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while supporting our team in identifying and engaging top talent.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people, problem-solving, and gaining insights into the dynamic world of recruitment.Responsibilities1.
Talent Sourcing:Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.Screen resumes to match candidates with appropriate roles.2.
Candidate Engagement:Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.3.
Administrative Support: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.4.
Recruitment Marketing:Support employer branding initiatives by sharing content on social media platforms.
Help create recruitment campaigns and materials.5.
Learnership Coordination: Assist in matching students to host companies.
Coordinate necessary documentation and track learners' progressRequirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Organized with excellent attention to detail.Familiarity with MS Office Suite and social media platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.Please consider your application unsuccessful when you have not heard from the Signa Opportunity team within two weeks of submitting your application.
