We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a permanent vacancy based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: 3 years' sales consulting experience in the recruitment industryThe candidate should have existing connections in local businessMatric, drivers license and own vehicleMust have good communication skills with an outgoing personality, and willing to do client visitsHave a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsGood MS Office skills with Placement Partner and Pnet experience beneficialGood admin skills and attention to detailThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Use sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companiesVisiting clients (existing and new) to build and develop relationshipsDeveloping a good understanding of client companies.Drawing up job vacancies for advertising purposes, and utilizing candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy.Receiving and reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, referencing, and shortlisting for the clientReviewing prepared CVs and references to forward to clientsBriefing the candidates regarding the position applied forOrganizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of interviewsNegotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates Salary: Negotiable basic with commission structure
