Recruitment Consultant

Lexdan Select is growing and looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant in its office in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
The main function is to act as an intermediary between clients looking to recruit and candidates who are seeking a job. The consultant will also have responsibility for developing new client relationships and driving growth within the sectoral focus.
In doing so, the consultant needs to have an understanding of a wide variety of factors, from the clients industry, culture, plans, business and more.
Main duties and responsibilities:

Management of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs are understood and develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Candidate headhunting to target both active and passive external candidates, particularly hard-to-find talent and niche skills
Developing new client relationships, growing their market focus through business development activities
Maintaining existing client relationships and farming for further opportunities
Market and industry research and due-diligence
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house system to identify and recruit the very best candidates

Ability to commute/relocate:

Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelors (Preferred)
