Job Overview:We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. If you have a knack for matching talent with opportunities and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect role for you!Responsibilities:Source and recruit candidates through various channels (PNet, CareerJunction, LinkedIn Premium)Screen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesConvert candidate pipeline to placementsBuild and maintain a strong network of potential candidates (Placement Partner)Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsSource, select and submit candidates for existing clients (IT, legal, finance, general)Source new clients with support from Recruitment Manager and Account ManagersRequirements:Diploma in Human Resources or related fieldProven work experience as a Recruiter (2-4 years)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent cold- and warm calling skills, and the ability to qualify brand new and database clients and hand over to account manager if need beStrong decision-making skillsFluency in Afrikaans and English Salary: R240000 AnnuallyJob Reference #: 1148381
