As a Technical Recruitment consultant, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top sales talent with a technical focus. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand their technical needs, engage qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top sales candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events. Business development: Have the ability to build your desk by getting new business Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and sales skills, and schedule in-depth interviews with hiring teams. Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements, develop hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates to fill current and future technical sales roles. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and suggest improvements to recruitment processes. Qualifications: Experience: 3 years of recruiting experience Skills: Proven sourcing abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment software/ATS systems. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical sales (e.g., software, hardware, engineering) and a strong understanding of what makes successful technical sales professionals. Results-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and achieve recruitment targets.
