Duties: Sourcing of candidates, Screening of candidates and interviewing, Reference checks, Follow ups on CV's submitted, Doing relevant checks, Updating database of clients, scheduling interviews with companies, Relationship building with companies
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as Recruitment consultant and very sales drivenHighly Self-driven and self-motivatedKnowledge of recruitment platforms and systemsSocial media skills and advertising skillsRelationship building and excellent communication skillsAttention to detailMust have a Home-based office and able to work remotely
