Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Requirements : Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field. In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding your Niche. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Be a hunter. Generate new business. Thrive in a high-performance sale culture Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling Proficiency with advanced recruitment software and sourcing techniques. Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach. Full 360 recruitment cycle Achieve sales targets (proof of billings/sales/placements will be requested) Bachelors degree in information technology, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
