About the roleWe are looking for a competent and results driven Recruitment Consultant to managethe recruitment needs of the business. This individual will work with the HR Manager tounderstand the recruitment needs of managers, to source candidates via the appropriatechannels, to screen candidates according to the role requirements, to scheduleinterviews and assessments, to conduct the relevant candidate checks, generate offers,as well as onboard new hires.A key component of this role is the ability to be a Brand Ambassador, as the Recruitment Consultant is often the first experience candidates have with the business. Another key component is the ability to position why work here - we know why, and the right individual will have the enthusiasm and communication skills to convey this to the market.The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and drive the filing ofvacancies according to budgeted timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate SourcingIdentifying and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking and Recruitment Agencies.Writing and advertising job vacancies on appropriate platforms.Acting as the external brand in relation to potential candidates and AgenciesSelling the company as an employer of choice and explaining the jobs on offer, key responsibilities and best fit candidate profileCandidate ScreeningReviewing CVs and applicationsArranging video interviews as appropriateShortlisting suitable candidates for consideration.Coordination and FacilitationManaging Recruitment Agency Consultants through daily communication, briefing and liaisonManaging potential candidates through high touch, consistent communication and high availabilityManaging internal StakeholdersScheduling of interviews between managers and candidates.Scheduling of assessments and assessment feedback sessionsConducting MIE checks or partnering with agency to conduct the checkProviding feedback to candidates/agencies throughout the processPresentation of OfferIn consultation with the relevant manager, generate an appropriate offerPresentation of offer to candidate/agencyOnboardingCompile electronic employee fileSubmit all required new hire documents to Finance for processingSchedule onboard programme sessions for new hireConduct Welcome presentationReportingMaintain data on new hires for reporting purposesQualificationsRelevant degree or diplomaExperience3-5 years of experience in a recruitment roleExperience in a Fintech would be advantageousKey competenciesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Relationship Management skills and able to deal with multiple Stakeholders withdifferent ways of workingSelf-motivated and driven.Client service orientated.Strong planning and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work and think independently.Ability to collaborate with relevant stakeholdersKeeps up to date with relevant legislation
