If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for identifying talent, we want to hear from you!Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and growth plans.Develop creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging a variety of channels including networking events, social media platforms, and industry connections.Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and values.Build and maintain strong relationships with human resources, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.Collaborate with clients to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials.Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.Stay informed about trends and developments in the ecosystem, including emerging technologies, industry disruptors, and market opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts.Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Embrace the dynamic nature of start-up recruitment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).APSO Certified.Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on emerging companies and large corporate.Deep understanding of start-up culture, dynamics, and hiring challenges.Strong network within the recruitment ecosystem.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Tech-savvy with proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.Passion for innovation and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of a start-up venture.Package & RemunerationCompetitive salary and commission structureOpportunity to work with cutting-edge industries and disruptive technologiesFlexible working arrangementsExposure to diverse industries and business modelsProfessional development and growth opportunities within the start-up ecosystemJoin our team and be at the forefront of shaping the future of recruitment!
