Recruitment Consultant

The main function is to act as an intermediary between clients looking to recruit and candidates who are seeking a job. The consultant will also have responsibility for developing new client relationships and driving growth within the sectoral focus. In doing so, the consultant needs to have an understanding of a wide variety of factors, from the clients industry, culture, plans, business and more. Main duties and responsibilities: Management of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs are understood and develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidatesCandidate headhunting to target both active and passive external candidates, particularly hard-to-find talent and niche skillsDeveloping new client relationships, growing their market focus through business development activitiesMaintaining existing client relationships and farming for further opportunitiesMarket and industry research and due-diligenceLeverage online recruiting resources and in-house system to identify and recruit the very best candidates
