Job Description:Sources, screens, assesses and interviews suitable candidates in line with the business requirements and applicable processes and policies. Focuses on quality delivery and complies with orders by specific deadlines according to client needs. Accepts responsibility for liaising with other divisions to ensure that all work is effectively completed.

Minimum Requirements:Experience: At least one year's experience in the permanent recruitment industryEducation: Grade 12Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of social media and job boards essentialRoles and Responsibilities:Understands the client environment and how varying client contexts will impact resourcing requirementsAnalyses client feedback and uses this feedback to ensure service enhancements by optimising own behaviourEngages the client proactively, responds to client queries promptly and ensures that opportunities for improvements to the client experience are actioned and measured. This includes sourcing new client businessRefers competitor leads gleaned from candidates to the Sales and Marketing teamActively engages with successful candidates to provide referrals of suitably qualified candidatesWhere job requirements are unclear, liaises with the client to ensure that the order requirements are clarified. Ensures that there is a shared understanding of the requirements and that turnaround times and deadlines are adhered to in line with the service level agreementSources candidates through a variety of mechanisms, including but not limited to:The candidate databaseThe Quest or Kelly websiteAdvertsNetworkingJob boards (i.e., PNet, Career Junction, Gumtree, and Indeed)Social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedInCompletes the initial candidate matching from the candidate database (where relevant) and may also perform a paper-based screening, taking into consideration resourcing requirements, high quality standards and client service level agreementsFacilitates telephonic interviews to assess candidate performance regarding functional competencies, knowledge, and qualificationsSimultaneously ensures the completion of vetting through MIE and assesses other suitability requirements such as candidate ability to travel and/or perform shift workConducts competency-based interviews with candidates, where necessaryEnsures that the required references and vetting checks are completed for candidates who are successful in the interview and schedules successful candidates for testing and assessmentRegrets unsuccessful candidates in a professional and timely mannerAdheres to all candidate administration policies, processes, systems, and procedures, ensuring that candidate records are accurate and completeEnsures that weekly and monthly statistics are completedEnsures that candidate management systems are set up on People Fluent and that all candidate updates are recorded on People Fluent and the accounting systemsHandles all routine queries and work requests and is able to resolve these efficiently and effectively within required SLAs and turnaround timesEnsures that all relevant meetings and training sessions are attendedParticipates in any company relevant surveysEnsures that monthly targets are achievedEnsures that average debtors days are less than 30 days and actively manages debtors daysSeeks to establish and service relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues to improve the effective and efficient execution of objectives in line with business requirementsDemonstrates personal commitment to business partners and clients by fulfilling responsibilities, involving others and removing obstacles to team accomplishmentsEstablishes and consolidates good interpersonal relationships by listening to others, involving others and objectively considering their ideas and opinions even when they conflict with their own ideasVolunteers assistance to help others achieve goals and completes all ad hoc duties as reasonably required
