Established UK Based Recruitment AgencyWe seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development in the UK and sell our Employer of Record service to UK-based companies.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFull 360 recruitment and Employer of Record services.Business DevelopmentAccount managementRecruitment AdministrationCold CallingDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum 5 years recruitment experience and set up to work from home (we do have an office in CT Central if you would prefer to work from an office).
You will need to be a full 360 recruiter who is not afraid to make cold calls and hunt for new business.
This role is attractive due to the EOR aspect, which will build you a basic monthly income.
This role is more suited to a mature person who has attended the school of life.
There is potential to manage a team, so management experience would be a plus.Package & RemunerationBasic R15,000 pmIn addition:10% commission on international permanent placements.10% of the billed EOR fee.10% commission on local permanent placements.10% commission of contract value on local contractors.R1000 connectivity allowance.
