The Recruitment Assistant will handle administrative tasks, coordinate candidate communications, and assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates qualifications and interest in the position.Interview Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Database Management: Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative recruitment tasks such as documentation and report generation.Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely hiring and efficient processes. Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in recruitment coordination or administrative roles is preferred but not required.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and stay organized.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidate qualifications and provide relevant feedback.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Team Player: Willingness to support team efforts and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
