Facilitate talent discussions with managers across our parks to understand team needs, identify high-potential employees, and assess skill gaps.
Collaborate with department heads to create clear succession plans, ensuring continuity for key roles and preparing future leaders.
Support managers in identifying and developing internal talent through career pathing and growth opportunities.
Work closely with our Human Resources Representatives across our parks to support retention initiatives, employee engagement, and development opportunities.
Requirements 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent management.
Postgraduate diploma or degree in Human Resources or similar field.
Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in negotiating job offers and contracts.
Capability to analyze recruitment metrics for data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
