Vacancy DetailsEmployer: Sotina RecruitmentJob Summary: To provide an efficient recruitment administrative support service to the team, and responsible for managing the entire tender process, from the initial request for proposal (RFP) to the submission of tender documents.Minimum Duties:Type out and prepare job advertisements for different job specs using correct templates as soon as they are received from the recruitment team.Place job advertisements for different job specs on the company website, Careers 24 as well as other social media platforms within 24 hours of being received from the recruitment team.Type out CVs to be submitted to clients and send to the relevant recruiter for submission.Follow up with MIE on all outstanding background check results (i.e. criminal, ITC, Qualification, ID verification, etc.) as and when requested.Follow up with referees on outstanding candidate reference checks as and when requested.Keep manual files of all employment contracts and letters of appointment of all new intakes, for the different clients.Assist the team with sourcing of candidates on the different sourcing platforms (Careers 24, Pnet, Career Junction, Indeed, LinkedIn).Cold calling for business support in sales when required.Assist with putting together required RFQ documentation.Draft quotations in consultation with management.Monitor and identify tender opportunities relevant to business services or products.Preparation, review, and submission of tender documents.Prepare and compile all tender documentation, including technical, commercial, and legal documents.Keep manual and electronic records of all SLA documents and contracts signed with different clients.Ensure the company website, Careers 24 and other social media platforms are updated with job adverts as received from clients.Attend to all telephonic enquiries and provide relevant information to clients.Perform other lawful and reasonable miscellaneous duties as assigned by Manager.Sotina Recruitment endeavours to provide feedback to all candidates whenever possible.
