Position Title: Recruitment Specialist -Recruiting in the Real Estate environment
Reports to: Directors / General Manager
Recruiter Job Description Template The Lead Provider and Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in canvassing, administrative and lead generation for the company and identifying potential candidates, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. The role as dedicated recruiter within our HR team must identify hiring needs and filling job openings, with a specialist focus on recruitment of real estate practitioners. The appointed person will be working under instruction but the ability to be self-motivated, use initiative and working independently is essential. To be a successful canvassing Lead Provider and Talent Acquisition specialist you should be a focused, detail oriented and efficient individual who cares about customer satisfaction. The specialist should be polite, reliable, and adaptable.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Canvassing for potential sellers or any other lead the company requires
Lead Processing from P24, Private Property any other leads received by the company.
Identifying and source Quality Leads across all the departments for the company
Creating fresh lead generation tactics utilising the company CMR system.
Weekly activation campaigns on WeTrade Property CMR system, new sellers, free online market analysis, just listed and on show.
Implement strategies that will assist with attraction of potential leads.
Maintaining contact with potential leads through emails, phone calls, and other communication methods.
Ensure contact database is updated daily
Feedback on processes and supporting channels to reporting Manager.
Assist management with sales events or campaigns when needed.
Providing general data and information to management
Maintain and accurately use the company software to generate leads.
Weekly feedback reporting to the Director and Management
All other functions as deemed necessary from time to time and required by management.
Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationship with management, employees, peers and clients.
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Perform reference checks as need
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Recruiter Requirements:
Recruiting in the Real Estate environmentThe ability to conduct different types of interviews.Experience with recruitment processes and databases.The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.Excellent communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Good decision-making skills.A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment termsRemuneration will be basic plus incentives.

Pay: R8000,00 - R8500,00 per month
