I'm looking for someone capable of being a big biller but also someone who can manage people as you will be part of a 10-person team been trained to manage and train 5-10 less experienced Recruiter and EOR specialists once you are useful in your role as Recruitment and EOR specialist. If you are a sales legend and have recruitment and management experience, then this role is for you. You will receive training and assistance in your first 3 months. I won't even look at your CV if you are a job hopper or if you have not been successful as a recruiter. You will make a commission off your placements and commission of your EOR employees, and once successful you will also make a percentage of your team's turnover. You will be provided with the tools of the trade, a fast fibre line, and an inverter. You will work, USA hours, 3 pm till 1 AM SA time.
