Responsibilities
Maintain and correct books of accounts.
Updatingemployeerecords on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Managingthe recruitment inbox and responding toquerieswithin a timely fashion; Assisting with drafting written adverts.
Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews.
Posting job openings on various job boards and using online platforms to source potential candidates.
Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitmentneeds.
Liaising with recruitment agencies; Setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
SourcingCVsvia internal and externalCVdatabases.

Requirements
Matric.
South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent ability to communicate both in writing and speaking
Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks without error.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
