We're seeking a self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Recruitment.You should be adept at multi-tasking, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of interpersonal relations.What is required: If you are skilled in recruitment and induction of new staff, bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding environment within our team. You will oversee the entire process of recruitment to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner.You will work closely with the hiring managers and Human Resources department to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates, providing a high quality and professional recruitment service through the effective administration of all recruitment systems.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalentTertiary Qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources or People Management would be advantageous1-2 years' recruitment experience (advantageous)Hospitality experience (highly advantageous)Strong administration experienceStrong recruitment platforms experienceHigh Levels of Stress Tolerance and ability to hit short deadlinesSocial media experience i.e. Instagram, Twitter, FacebookMust speak, read, write and understand English at a professional levelComputer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)Based in Cape TownReady to Join?If you're ready to take your career to new heights and be part of something truly special, we want to hear from you!
