We're a Specialist Accounting & Finance Headhunting firm founded in 2019. We're proud to be one of the prominent up-and-coming brands in the Accounting & Finance specialist field. We work with ambitious CEOs & CFOs to help them find and hire the best Accounting & Finance talent in South Africa.
We're a team of about 10 members and we've been growing really fast, doubling from 2022 to 2023. We think 2024 is going to be another epic year for our business and the people who work with us (employees & client-partners).
We're a remote-first company in the Cape Town region with occasional in-office workdays in Somerset West or Stellenbosch. As a team, we have a clear definition and vision of what winning is.
Purpose of Role:
The Recruitment Administrator is part of the Talent Acquisition function and provides important support to your Delivery Team and Account Manager. The main function will be to perform the recruitment activities required by a Delivery Team to source relevant candidates for assigned job orders and to ensure that the candidate engagement and onboarding process is run effectively.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Dive into the world of headhunting, using your insights and innovative tools to identify potential stars for our clients.Actively participate in creating a great candidate experience when engaging with applicants.Onboard candidate profiles in a complete and accurate manner to our database to ensure we're able to match candidates with open jobs.Assist with screening of candidates to determine if they match the standards our client expectations.Manage to effectively communicate with candidates, both successful and unsuccessful applicants, to ensure a great experience with our company and brand.Post and review job adverts on multiple platforms.Provide administrative support in all facets of the business.Who we think would be a great fit:
You DON'T have previous experience in Recruitment - that's IDEAL for this role.You like working with people (Tourism or customer service is GREAT experience).High levels of hunger, urgency, curiosity, eye-for-detail, and resilience.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (non-negotiable).You have strong administrative skills.South African Citizen (beneficial).We're looking to hire the right ATTITUDE more than the right SKILL.
