Recruiter (Project Based - 3 Months Ftc)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities.
Requirements

Relevant Human Resources Qualification or Related
2+ years in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing
FMCG, Logistics recruitment experience is a must
Must have bulk recruitment experience
Computer literate
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn
MIE certificate would be an advantage
Good written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their applications and interviews.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Doing background checks and calling references
Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation.
Assist as required by the manager.
