Source and recruit candidates for various roles.

Update and manage candidate records in the ATS.

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of recruitment experience.
Proficient with ATS and job boards.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment techniques.
Professionalism and attention to detail.
