We are looking for a high-energy individual with drive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities and Duties:You will be responsible for the End to end recruitment and selection processPlanningParticipate in recruitment planning for current and future talent needs, collaborating with the heads of departments and HR as neededCreating Job Requisitions and ensuring that all signoffs are in place for various stages of the recruitment processDevelop and implement local talent engagement strategies to support the attraction of talentPublish job ads on career pages, job boards, and social networksDevelop and implement referral generation strategies, leveraging existing team members, university resources, corporate partnerships, industry organizational relationshipsMaintain solid industry awareness and market trendsCandidate Sourcing / HeadhuntingSource potential candidates through various channels.Actively seek to find the right candidate to suit the right positionEnsure all Job Descriptions are aligned and up to date in line with HR principlesScreeningPerform pre-screening assessment of candidate applicationsWork with Line Managers to ensure the correct alignment to prospective candidates and applicationsPerform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants' skills, abilities, and cultural fit.SelectingSetup Interview schedules for all interview stages for candidates and hiring managersKeep candidates fully informed at all times throughout the processManage all feedback to candidatesAssessments - prepare candidates for, administer and analyse various assessmentsGathering relevant data and processing correctly for candidate checksSecure successful candidates and initiate onboarding processes for new hires.Continue building of candidate pipelinesCandidate ManagementProcessing candidate information correctly in alignment to the recruitment procedureCo-ordinate with Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs to build a talent pipeline geared towards fulfilling these requirements.Data and ReportingProcess all data in line with the appropriate process and adhering to data protection at all timesReport out on daily, weekly and monthly metricsKeep all dashboards, systems and folders accurate and up-to-date at all timesAdministrationParticipate in all recruitment and HR required administrationparticipate in projects related to HR, Talent and Recruitmentsupport employability in collaboration with the employability coordinatorQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in relevant field2 – 3 years proven recruitment experience – High volume and/or Technical Recruitment experience (advantageous)Edtech or Education Experience as a HR Recruiter (highly advantageous)Proficiency with productivity and recruitment platforms (including Google Suites toolsProficiency with recruiting and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Successfactors or GreenhouseProven ability to headhunt beyond the use of platforms and build talent pipelinesStrong administration skillsGood typing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent Computer literacy and MS Excel experienceExcellent telephone etiquette and professional conduct are essentialAttention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlinesWe seek to employ creative people who:embody a growth mindsetare passionate about learningare adaptable and resilientare Respectful, Curious and AccountableIf you feel that this role excites you, please apply.
