Recruiter

We are looking to hire an ethusiastic and hardworking Recruiter to assist with recruitment related duties.
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining CVs, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, as well as uploading employed candidates information onto a database.
To ensure success in this position, you should have knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
A top-notch recruiter understands what the needs of the company are, and ensures that only suitable candidates are being recruited.
Responsibilities: Review available positions and candidate requirements.
Communicating with other senior members of staff.
Posting job applications.
Screening candidate's CVs.
Contacting candidate references and verifying documents.
Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
Managing and uploading candidates documents.
Requirements: Matric and degree in field of humanities OR previous experience in recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be tech-savvy.
Critical thinking skills.
Must be computer Literate Ability to conduct interviews.
Good communication skills Good decision-making skills.
Good organisation skills.
Must be criminally clear
