- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the maritime industry- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the job market to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective- Attend job fairs and other industry events to promote our company and attract potential candidates- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating travel arrangements and completing necessary paperwork- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and proceduresQualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the maritime industry- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques for cruiseships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in Google Suites and experience with applicant tracking systems- Has a solid background in managing visa proceduresIf you are passionate about recruitment and have a strong interest in the maritime industry, we would love to hear from you.
