Candidate Screening   Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Interview Coordination              Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process for candidates.
Candidate Experience                Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management              Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Reporting          Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to improve processes.
Employer Branding       Promote the employer brand through innovative strategies and engaging with online communities.
Compliance      Ensure recruitment practices adhere to South African labour laws and company's internal policies.
Qualifications Education           Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience        Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment role, preferably in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
Knowledge         Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and South African labor regulations.
Certifications   Recruitment certifications (e.g., APSO membership) are a plus.
