We now seek an equally dynamic individual to join our Team.Responsibilities:Sourcing candidates from various platformsReviewing applications from various platformsConducting interviewsScheduling interviews with various stakeholdersAll administrative duties related to recruitmentBuilding talent pipelineDrafting of job descriptionsPerformance management of employees (Guide and advise line managers)Internal development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, career growth development strategiesAssess Individual development plans for employeesRetention plan to maintain high performing employeesRequirements:HR bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma (advantageous)Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitmentExcellent attention to detailEnergetic, enthusiastic and eager to learnPerformance management experience
