Position: Recruiter
About the Role: Join our team as a Recruiter and drive client acquisition while conducting demos and assisting clients with onboarding onto the platform or utilizing the PQ Assist solutions. You'll play a key role in sourcing top talent and ensuring seamless client integration, contributing to the company's continued success and growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role within a startup or new company environment
- Demonstrated ability to attract and onboard clients, including a track record of successful client conversions and conducting presentations or online demonstrations.
- Proficiency in sourcing potential candidates, matching them to client specifications, and maintaining regular engagement to ensure suitable job placements.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required, as practical experience is the main advantage)
