Recruiter & Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement business development strategies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a lead role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Experience in business development or sales is highly desirable.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in using Placement Partner software.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a significant impact on our companys success.
