Your Everyday Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans following age-appropriate guidelines.
Conduct community outings.
Communicate and document all patient-related information in staffing and medical records.
Provide education regarding modification of leisure activities.
Perform discharge planning which includes recommendations and resources for continued participation in leisure activities.
Maintain compliance and records all services performed on rehab van.
Assist with development and revision of policies and procedures.
Coordinate programs and supervise therapeutic recreation students.
The Must-Haves Minimum: Bachelor's degree Recreation Therapy Therapeutic Recreational Specialist Certification (CTRS) - National Council for Therapeutic Recreational Therapy Certification American Heart Association BLS certification Preferred: Master's degree Non-violent Crisis Prevention certification - Crisis Prevention Institute WORK SHIFT:
