Fixed Term Contract Salary will be discussed in the interview and is based on experience.Must be able to work in a fast paced and high performing environment.Requirements•Matric /Grade 12 •Business Administration Certificate would be beneficial•2 years related customer service experience •Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry would be advantageous•Must be available immediately•Candidates from JHB South and surrounding areas preferred.Responsibilities:•Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.•Operating the switchboard efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.•Greeting visitors, determining the nature of their business, and directing them to the correct department or individual.•Taking accurate messages and ensuring they are promptly delivered to the intended recipients.•Booking and preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up according to requirements.•Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and couriers; signing for packages as needed.•Coordinating with couriers for the collection and delivery of documents.•Distributing received goods to the relevant departments or individuals.•Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.•Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.•Monitoring and managing noise levels to maintain a conducive environment.•Supporting management with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.•Liaising with Security for the arrival of external candidates for interviews with HR.We appreciate all applications; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Skills and Attributes and KPIS•Accuracy in work•Excellent customer service skills•Consistency in performance•Attention to detail•Ability to handle various reception and administrative duties effectively
