Reconciliation Clerk

We are looking to recruit a Reconciliation Clerk (Finance) to work within the Accounts Payable Department of Clicks Group Services. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Supervisor (Pharmacy Creditors).
Purpose and Objectives:To reconcile accounts on a monthly basis using SAP and Excel.To liaise with vendors, stores, and management. To prepare reconciliation for payments using SAP.To minimize losses/risk to the company.To alert the business to any irregularities.To complete daily filing of accounts and other administrative related issues.To complete monthly reports. Education and Experience: Matric / Grade 12 (essential).SAP experience(advantageous)Strong PC literacy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook).6-24 months experience in a similar environment. Job related knowledge and skills: Strong attention to detail.Verbal and written communication skills.Ability to liaise with and communicate at all levels.Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.High work standards.Ability to follow rules and procedures.Analytical and problem solving skills.Following Instructions and Procedures.Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations.Coping with Pressures and Setbacks.Planning and Organising Do you require help with the registration process?
