The Opportunity:Our Finance Department here at the Company are looking for an experienced Sales Reconciliation Analyst to join our in-house Finance Department.
This position is suited for an individual who has a passion for reconciliations to ensure cash is reconciled in a timely and efficient manner, whilst maintaining a professional relationship with colleagues and customers.
This role will deal with finance, corporate finance and project managers on a daily basis.
How you will make a difference:Comprehensive daily sales reconciliations of all flight sectors based on agreed exceptions and toleranceComplete the prescribed investigation for all sales/stock discrepanciesAllocation of crew commission report based on all salesIn-house software user testing for reconciliation processMonthly reporting of all sales reconciliationsGeneral administrationAny other ad hoc duties required The skills you will bring:You have a proven track record of analysing and processing large volumes of dataYou are extremely numerate with excellent attention to detailYou have experience working in a finance department with an understanding of departmental relationships and responsibilitiesYou have high attention to detail with a highly structured and organised approachYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou are an adaptable and flexible individual who maintains a calm approach under pressureYou are a strong team player who is also able to work on your own initiative.You have good intermediate Excel experience including Formulas and Vlookup functions.
