This role will work with our recon customers, ensuring that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.What does success look like?Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. It's the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. In turn, we expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography, impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.Successful candidates would need the following:Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in-year sales revenue targetsStrong focused account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accountsContinuously stay up-to-date with all developments in local healthcare. Assess the territory and the relevant market to identify emerging trends and movements within the marketValid Driving LicenseTravel requirements:75%You.
