Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival. Managing patient bookings, phone calls, and email inquiries. Maintaining patient records and ensuring their confidentiality. Coordinating with medical staff and other departments within the hospital. Handling general office administration tasks. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role within the medical field, preferably in radiology. Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling and patient record management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary - R 10 000 R 20 000 per/month (dependent on experience)
