Receptionist/Switchboard Operator wanted at Western Cape Blood ServiceA vacancy exists for a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator (Grade B2)(1-month contract).
Location: Pinelands
Purpose: Greet visitors at our Head Office and direct them to the appropriate individuals.Operate the switchboard for all incoming calls.Perform administrative tasks and data capturing.Requirements: Matric Certificate.One-year reception/switchboard experience.Good interpersonal skills.Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.Speak and write in English; a second language (Afrikaans or Xhosa) would be advantageous.Call Centre experience is advantageous.Western Cape Blood Service is an equal opportunity employer; preference will be given to suitably qualified disabled candidates.
